Bondie Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You may not use the App where prohibited by law.

2. Service description

• The App provides AI-powered roleplay and chat companion features for entertainment.
• AI-generated content is fictional and for entertainment only. It is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). Do not rely on AI output for real-world decisions.
• Features, characters, and pricing may change at any time.

3. Accounts

• Email login and guest login are supported. Guest accounts are linked to a device identifier as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity.

4. Virtual items & in-app purchases

• The App may offer virtual currency (“Candy”) and digital features purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices, bundles, and bonuses are shown in the App and may change.
• Purchases are processed by the applicable store; we do not store your full payment credentials.
• Except where required by law or store policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests for store billing must be directed to Apple or Google according to their policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, harassing, exploitative, or hateful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent security or payment systems.
• Impersonate others or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload or generate content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or real-person deepfakes intended to deceive or harm.
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes or automated abuse.

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, software, design, trademarks, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law.

7. AI content disclaimer

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or inappropriate.
• We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• You use AI features at your own risk.

8. Privacy & device identifiers

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, including collection of a pseudonymous Device ID for login, security, and guest accounts. Optional analytics and crash reporting require your agreement on the login screen where applicable.

9. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through Profile → Delete Account in the App or by contacting us. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements and technical backup cycles described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Changes & termination

• We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at https://bondie.lingjf.top/use-policy/ with a revised “Last updated” date.
• We may suspend or discontinue the App or features with reasonable notice where practicable.
• If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the App and delete your account.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Hong Kong, unless your local law requires otherwise.
